"I found Action Appliance Repair while searching for a local repair service that was not affiliated with some county/state-wide brick and mortar behemoth. The owner and his son arrived during the scheduled time-window and provided honest and expert service with trustworthy advice. I had a leaking refrigerator water line and a dead-as-a-door-nail microwave oven that needed some TLC. For a reasonable trip/service charge along with expected labor and parts, Mark and Mark Jr. fixed the refrigerator problem and advised me, after testing the microwave oven, to replace it. I was very happy for the resolution of my appliance woes and recommend them highly! Action Appliance Repair does not have an office on Trabuco Road any longer but they are available by calling (949)768-3433."

"These guys were prompt, so nice, helpful and the price very reasonable. It was stuff I could have pushed up my sleeves & done over an entire weekend but my life is chaos right now so it was well worth it to pay someone else to do it, sometimes time is more valuable than cash. They were in & out in 1/2 hour (this would have taken me two whole days and probably lots of swearing). They fixed my freezer, my washer and even my mini wine fridge in that time. For the first time in my life I don't feel taken advantage of by repair men, no creating drama about my repairs in an effort to up-charge me as is so often the case when repairmen see a single girl, none of that.....that's HUGELY important for so many reasons. I would definitely call on these guys again and recommend them to friends & neighbors. THANKS YOU GUYS!!"

"I contacted Action Appliance Repair to handle a leaking freezer. I had researched the issue online and found that there was a very simple solution. Mark Jr. came out for the service call and immediately diagnosed the problem, then recommended the exact repair I had discovered. It was refreshing to feel that a repairman was being completely honest with me in regards to what was needed. The price for the repair was quite reasonable and Mark Jr. was extremely professional and courteous. He had the opportunity to sell me an additional repair on the freezer, but showed me how to make a quick fix to get it back in working order thus saving me about $100. I will be using Action Appliance Repair for any future needs!"

"My dishwasher stopped draining so I got a referral from a client of mine to call Mark at Action Appliance Repair. What a nice man! He immediately resolved my issue and he also gave me tips on how to care for not only my dishwasher but also my washer and my garbage disposal. In addition he recommended products I should be using for cleaning and maintenance. He was knowledgeable , friendly, cheerful and I am happy to have someone I can trust to call for any future appliance issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
