If you call before 10:00AM, we can usually get someone out to help you SAME DAY. Your time is important, so we offer a 2 Hour show-up window so you don't have to wait all day!

If flexibility is improtant to you, we also offer Late-day and Saturday appointments at no extra charge.

We believe in being up front about pricing and offer the following policy so you know what you are paying for before the repair begins.

1. Service call - (Sometimes called a "Trip Charge") A technician will come out to your home and, in a timely and professional manner, diagnose your appliance and give you an estimate for repair. All companies have overhead costs such as Advertising, Rent, Fuel, etc. Some repair companies recover this cost by inflating hourly rates and/or parts. We prefer an honest flat fee.
2. Parts - The price of the parts for your repair if any are needed. (Senior & Military Discounts are available)
3. Labor - This charge is for the labor and expertise of the technician performing the repair. Labor rates are predetermined on a "per job" basis. The per job rate is calculated by the time, difficulty level and skill required for a good technician to perform a certain repair. This policy keeps your tasks down and our technicians moving along.
