Charges are as follows:


1. Service call - (trip Charge) This is an overhead charge that all companies must charge in order to do business. It covers such expenses as Advertising, Rent, Fuel, Insurances, Vehicle Maintenance, Office workers and other business related expenses. The technician will come out to your home and, in a timely and professional manner, do a diagnosis on your appliance and give you an estimate of repairs. *Companies who claim that the service call is waived if the repair is done are simply adding this overhead expense into the price of your parts and/or labor. It is our practice to clearly state each charge as it applies on your written invoice statement.


2. Parts - The price of the parts for your repair if any are needed.


3. Labor - This charge is for the labor and expertise of the technician doing your repair.


*Our labor rates are based on a job rate not an hourly rate as an hourly rate can be subjective to a slow or unskilled worker. A job rate is calculated by the time it should reasonably take to do a certain repair and the difficulty and skill involved.
